At Onederlust & Om, we create multi-sensorial, novelty-driven, immersive experiences that restore joy through delight, awe, and connection. It’s play that holds you, surprises you, and reminds you what joy feels like when it isn’t attached to productivity.
Our Promise:
Every woman leaves better than she arrived—restored, reconnected, and reminded of her own capacity for joy.
Wellness, Reimagined As Play
Why Play Matters
For too many women in midlife, wellness has become another job. Movement, meditation, even socializing can start to feel like obligation or performance.
What’s missing is play—the spark that lets us laugh without reason, lose ourselves in rhythm, and reconnect with wonder.
About the Founder
Nadirah Mutala is an Experience Architect and brand strategist who spent 14 years at Procter & Gamble understanding what moves people to feel, connect, and buy.
Through Onederlust & Om, she’s channeling that same insight into something deeper: helping women rediscover the kind of joy that can’t be optimized—only felt.

Play is as essential to health as sleep and nutrition.

Four Paths to Play
A Map Back to Joy
Play is not childish—it’s human.
It’s how we express vitality, regulate emotion, build connection, and return to ourselves. Yet for most women, play is the first thing to go when life gets full.
Return joy and pleasure to their rightful place: at the center of well-being.
We call these pathways “The Four Paths of Play”—a reimagined framework inspired by Dr. Stuart Brown’s foundational research on play personalities, adapted for women navigating the complexity and possibility of midlife.
Each path reflects a distinct way of naturally accessing joy, creativity, and connection.
Your Primary Play Path is where play feels most natural - your home base for joy - but every path is open to you. All paths lead to the same place: more aliveness, more joy, more of who you already are.
